Artified Pics - Return Policy

At Artified Pics, we create your personalized art portrait as if it were being created for our very own family. Every piece is designed specifically for the product of your choice, with the utmost care and attention to details. It is custom artwork that is unique and personal to you and or your loved one. For this reason, we do not offer returns.

Rest assured, we are in the business of spreading happiness, and that starts with you! Here’s what we do. After you submit your order, we will email you a proof of your custom artwork within 2-3 business days. You will have the option to preview your Personalized Art, request an edit, or approve the artwork for printing. We ask that you respond promptly so your order is not delayed. If we don’t hear back from you in 3 days, we will consider your artwork approved and we’ll forward it to production to be printed and shipped.  

We offer unlimited revisions. Unlimited revisions, refer to small changes that can be done to the artwork. If you request a cancellation or a major change, like an entirely new photo, different style of Art or a different product, you can do so for free, within 24 hours of submitting your initial order. After the 24-hour grace period, any cancellation or major change will result in a $40 fee to cover some of the artwork cost to create your new artwork.  

If you received the wrong product, incorrect size or print, or your product was damaged in transit, we will gladly replace it. Simply email us at cs@artifiedpics.com. Send us a short description along with a photo of the damaged product, wrong product or print within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please note: All examples on our site were made from high-quality, high-resolution photos. Low quality photos will result in low quality artwork. Please review and adhere to our Pic-Perfect Guide. We use the exact photo you upload with your order. We do not make any changes to facial expression, body positions or anything of the sort. It's your responsibility to submit a high-quality photo that adheres to our submission guidelines. If you are unsure about the quality of your photo, please email it to us at cs@artifiedpics.com and we’ll help you determine your photo’s quality.
