Artified Pics - Shipping
No dilly dabbling around here, let’s cut to the chase. Here’s what you can expect for a delivery timeline during normal business season.
-Most orders will take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. This includes our time to create, print and ship your Artified Pics. Please take note of the shipping timeline we provide at checkout as your “final expected delivery timeline”.
Restored Pics may take up to an additional 5 days depending on the damage of your photo.
-All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it's available.
Estimated transit times during normal business season:
USA: 3-7 business days (M-F, excluding Holidays)
CA, AUS, UK: 5-9 business days
Europe: 5-12 business days
Rest of world: 10-20 business days
Expect delays during:
The holiday season: Expect delays during the holiday season (Nov/Dec). Many, if not all our couriers experience a surge in packages to be delivered.
Extreme weather conditions: If your package is traveling through an area that is experiencing extreme weather conditions (hurricane, fire, blizzard, tornado, tsunami etc.), please expect a delay in delivery times.
Waiting for your approval: We send all Artified Pics customers a proof of Artwork and ask for your approval before sending it to print. You can expect this proof within 2-3 business days from purchase date. The faster you approve it the quicker we can ship it. If we don’t hear from you in 3 days, we will send it to print and fulfill the order.
Issues with your order: (e.g. new photo needed, instructions to artist are unclear), this will understandably, extend your production time.
